A percentage of our compensation is tied to meeting or exceeding these mutually agreed-upon performance metrics.
Weekly or bi-weekly check-ins are scheduled to ensure that processes are being followed, deliverables are being met, and goals are on target.
We measure success through end-of-quarter evaluations of the individual KPIs in your contract. This often includes data to confirm number of candidate sources and interviews completed, as well as the candidate offer-accept ratios. Quarterly evaluations will help you easily measure your ROI.
Our initial six-month contract term is half of what most RPO firms require. When the trial six-month period ends, you can re-up in increments of six months or more.
